Everyone knows that eating right and exercising are essential to health but few people are actually doing them consistently. My Unique Healthy Lifestyle Coaching Technique

When you work with me you will have an opportunity to transition into your new healthy lifestyle by putting your self-care on the top of your priority list.  I practice a holistic approach to health and wellness, which means we look at how all areas of your life are connected.  I work with my clients to create a happy healthy life in a way that is flexible, fun and rewarding.  My 16-Week Coaching package is unique because it includes:

  • 12 Weeks of Integrative Life Coaching – a life transformation coaching program designed to support our clients in making peace with themselves and loving themselves more fully.  The Integrative Life Coaching Program was created by Debbie Ford, an award-winning author, coach, lecturer and teacher, most known for New York Times best-selling book, The Dark Side of the Light Chasers, to help readers overcome their shadow side with the help of modern psychology and spiritual practices.  I meet with my clients 1-1 via Skype or telephone.  NOTE: Even though I live in the Netherlands, I work with English-speaking individuals around the world.  Each week we will discuss a specific topic to keep you aligned with your goal for a healthy lifestyle.  Topics include:
    • Introduction to the Healthy Lifestyle Coaching Program
    • Creating a healthy lifestyle vision and goals
    • Resistance and Excuses
    • Acceptance and Surrender
    • Meaning Making and Shadow Beliefs
    • Am I looking for what is right or am I looking for what is wrong?
    • Is this an act of faith or is it an act of fear?
    • Disowned Qualities and Projections
    • Underlying Commitments
    • Responsibility and Choices
    • Forgiveness
    • Reclaiming Your Light
  • Participation in the Transform30 Challenge – a healthy lifestyle program where you will be introduced to new foods, which will set you on a path towards a healthier lifestyle.  Many of the foods and action steps required for the challenge will become habits and part of your lifetime plan for optimal health.  The Transform30 Challenge offers you an opportunity to cleanse and rejuvenate.  Your diet will consist of whole foods, along with daily Power Shakes.  You will be invited to say “yes” to drink water, exercise, zero wheat, zero dairy, and complete deep breathing exercises for 30 days.  We believe that by saying “yes” to developing positive habits, then it becomes easier to avoid old habits that do not support a better you!
  • Participant Guide – includes:

    • Recipes – to enhance and bring variety into your new lifestyle.
