How Does 1-on-1 Life Coaching Work?

We use the Integrative Transformation Integrative Life Coaching Model. ™ We are trained to support our client’s agenda and needs while helping them to dissolve the life-long blocks, troublesome patterns and limiting beliefs that prevent them from moving forward with the life they really want.

This coaching process supports our client in creating a fabulous life by dismantling the blocks that keep them stuck, frustrated, and unfulfilled. Discover their life purpose and create the vision/goals to achieve it. Transform the areas of their life that have always frustrated and eluded them and be supported in taking powerful, consistent, and accountable action each week.

*The 'Introductory 60 Minute Coaching Session' allows the client to experience the benefits of coaching first hand.  It is used by both coach and client to determine if the collaboration is a good fit for both parties.  If after attending the introduction session either the client or the coach do not feel there is a good fit, a 100% refund is guaranteed.
